The service interval depends on the manufacturer’s specifications and how often the lift is used. We offer tailored maintenance solutions for every lift type and application. Please contact our customer service team for details.
To provide long-term, reliable support, our service technicians are specially trained for our own products. Fast access to the right spare parts is also essential for professional service, and we can only guarantee this for Garaventa Lift products.
Simply call Garaventa Lift customer service on 01805-322329. Our team will take your report and, in many cases, we can identify and resolve the issue over the phone. If that isn’t possible, our network of service technicians will be there quickly on site. Our technicians are also available on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays—just contact our hotline.
Once a stairlift or vertical lift has been commissioned, the owner is responsible for ensuring the manufacturer’s required maintenance is carried out. We recommend having us take care of maintenance to ensure regular, correct servicing over the long term.
The price depends on the type of product and how intensively it is used. Our customer service team will be happy to prepare a tailored maintenance contract proposal for your specific situation.
After the warranty period, we charge only the actual costs incurred for the repair to keep expenses as low as possible. During the agreed warranty period, repairs are of course free of charge, including labour and parts.
You can apply for a subsidy of up to €4,000 for a stairlift. The Second Long-Term Care Strengthening Act (PSG II) also makes this subsidy available to people who are classified as care grade 1.
